I had a wonderful walk with my dear furry companion yesterday afternoon. And oh was she patient, as I discovered all these treasures to collect from Pacha Mama. So grateful!

And at home I ate these little cornelian cherries and made a smoothie with nettle seeds, frozen wild blueberry, banana, hemp seeds and carrot. Apples will be my breakfast today :)
