if ur a normal person not being hunted by a major crimes unit..just use robosats to do a swap and ur sufficiently mixed for normie privacy purposes. JAM is an option but can be expensive if you dont know what you are doing, and likely unnecessary.

I never understood why people recommend mixing when acquiring Bitcoin anonymously. If the owner is anonymous, there is no benefit to mixing.
ya...i think the answer is people fell for or at least misunderstood the marketing and didnt know what they were doing or why but hey it was convenient and easy so 🤷♂️
What payment method do you use?
for a swap its lightning to on chain or on chain to lightning. but if say you had on chain and didnt to go to lightning, you can use boltz or robosats to swap to onchain for a fee...thus you get a fresh utxo. is that what you were wondering ? sorry if that wasnt your question
Oh I know that but I was asking about what fiat payment method you use. There seems to be varying levels of privacy when it comes to that.
buying an amazon gift card in like a grocery store with cash, then selling that on robosats for btc would be i think the 'easiest' way to have no trace of you on it.
Yeah I didn’t see any Amazon gift cards and I read that it needs to be a digital code that you send from your Amazon account. Strike was the most common I saw but there is a record of a payment being sent. Although it doesn’t say what it’s for, I’m assuming the guy receiving money is reporting his sales.
