Unfollow - move on to people who provide interesting info & adversarial thinking.
If there's something interesting enough, others will comment & you'll see the topic.
The benefit of doing this will result in you actually harvesting useful tips, insight, and creativity from people who have nothing to gain but sharing with their community.
Brilliant people are here, avoid the herd.

Promoting goods that you're being paid to shill, not so much.
Empower individuals, peer to peer.
