For me, since I got into ketosis I'm going to continue intermittent fasting for a week–eating twice, at 12pm and 6pm. Diet is restricted to protein, fat and fiber.

I went down from 109 to 102kg so far.

I have 5 more hours to go :)

I just kept sleeping the whole time. Definitely wasn't checking food videos xD
