It took a week to sync, but all my 30k photos and videos are now synced and fully E2E encrypted via ente.io

Finally gonna delete everything from iCloud.

This was the last straw (software wise) that kept me trapped in Apple's ecosystem.

The real last straw is of course the hardware. Being able to run lassive LLMs locally on those M-chips with maxed out RAM is hard to beat.
