What shoes were you wearing?

I wear Crocs at the gym currently, if I'm wearing shoes.

My goal with that is to:

- avoid ankle support in favor of letting this muscles and tendons develop.

- provide a wide open platform to allow my feet to sprawl naturally

- avoid arch support to allow my natural arch to do it's job

I'm assuming that my problem is that I'm getting an inverse effect of arch support and that's throwing my posture off.

You ever try barefoot/minimalist shoes?

I used to have a pair of vibrams but I wore them out. I think I'll end up with another pair of those.
