Apparently consuming honey local to the area you inhabit is a poweful antihistamine. Need to find me some and test because these allergies are brutal rn

GM! Local raw honey is definitely worth a try. I seem to have mostly cured the allergies I used to get but I’m not entirely sure how. Raw honey could have been part of it, I think improved gut health may have helped too.
we got some, but apparently they have hives all over the place, so no garauntee where the specific honey in the bottle is from. trying to get in touch to get from a specific location to properly test this
