Services don't get shipped, and the service economy is giant.

There are more private ways to recieve packages if you're buying an item than having it shipped to your door.

Monero provides the choice of how much information you'd like to reveal by revealing next to none by default.

I said more private, not perfectly private, but a PO box is much more private than your home address. There are also package pick up locations with varying degrees of privacy.
