Does anyone remember what site lists Bitcoin developers who need funding? I seem to remember a site that displayed Bitcoin devs like baseball cards, and you could click one to get their funding info.

I believe you're talking about Opensats.
Opensats.org is a well known one that is vetted.
There is also geyser.fund where people can put up their projects and post updates. Thats where I have nodeyez listed.
Otherwise look for your favorite projects on github and can sponsor devs that way
