something i have figured out about this milk diet i'm on
when i'm going really clean and have minimal carb rich inputs, i get very well formed outputs
it's an interesting fact that lactose serves as a source of fibre
the fact that said outputs sink also indicates that i'm absorbing the fats in the milk as well
it seems to me something that probably has not been reported or looked at closely is that lactose, despite having glucose in its structure, does not have a high glycemic index - probably because when you are keto, as you basically have to go, once you have type 2, if you want to live, the intestines chain that lactose into fibre and not break it into sugar
i'm suffering pretty nasty symptoms, and have been suffering them for most of my life, from my intolerance to most simple grain based sugars (endless, endless excessive sweating and probably allergic asthma)
but you never hear about simple sugar intolerance, only lactose intolerance
funny that, since The Science is mostly owned by companies that sell grain and grain based products
