Damn. My health has really taken a hit. Just checked the steps on the Health app… Barely get 3000-4000 steps in a day. Living in a dormitory + packed schedule…

hahahahah I feel you, that was a year ago too... working from home and studying from home.. bur I feel like walking is the most important for me in the day, even if I skip a workout I need a good walk
You listen to any music or podcasts on a walk? Or just living in silence?
all three ahahhaha depends on the mood... but I'm big on day dreaming so a nice long walk in silence is such a vibe, also I'm a super fast walker so I kind of get a bit of a high from just walking and my thoughts racing and ideas flowing ahahhahahahaha
Yessss, I either get into whatever mood my playlist is taking me or just a walking Einstein pondering up on life.
I should take more of them, but I really am not a fan of the cold weather😅
