No. There are a lot of ignorant people out there who think they're being cute. They're not Nazis. I don't call people Nazis unless they're specifically part of a Nazi group, or declare themselves to be a Nazi, or aligned with Nazi ideology. That's why I don't call Musk a Nazi, but a sympathizer. He has a long history of supportive remarks and actions, but he has no affiliation with Nazi groups. But his actions matter, moreso than the actions of a private citizen. And he ignores that fact and takes no responsibility for the effect and implications of his actions.
