Oh my! I did the stair master for the first time in my life this past week for a few minutes as a warmup. I couldn’t imagine a whole hour lol good for you though!!
Your workout sounds intense. I lift as heavy as I can to do 12-15 reps and 3 sets of each. I do lower body day one, upper body day two and a full body mixed with cardio day three and then follow each workout with a 30 minute cardio session. Recently have a second gym workout in the evening on my gym days!
