The weak men have indeed created hard times. These hard times are making many stronger already. I'm a little Jesus-y but I've seen more than a handful of npubs that weren't Jesus-y before yesterday, post about embracing faith/the Lord. This makes me happy. This makes "us" stronger. That was my position as well for many years. I hated church, because it's the politics of religion and a dog/pony show. My family found an acceptable church this year and have been attending weekly sermons. I try not to proselytize too much but I'm going to give God the glory every time it comes to mind now, publicly or not. I don't accept any "book" or man's word as pure truth but Pascal's wager is made by every one, no matter what. What Jesus taught, was to not end up *here* and yet *here* is where we are.

Pick a God, any God, it don’t matter to me. Just know there is something much greater than yourself tugging strings and advocating for you in this life. Deny that, and you rob yourself of the magic and beauty of being here.
