In the Trump immunity case, I lean towards no immunity. Hold presidents accountable. Yes, we will get the Alvin Bragg shit cases but we have to deal with that some other way.

Immunity for authorized presidential actions that fall within scope.

I wouldn't consider drone striking civilians within that scope (Obama).
