That’s what made America slow in Drone technology.
The pilot need to have licence while in China they branded it as toys .
I think China approach is full open to everyone can fly drone .
When everyone in one nation can fly drone ,that nation just created one big giant army to win the drone warfare or any warfare .
The big player like Lockheed , Gunthrope , and others dominate 80% of the market and here the start up defense tech can build the same thing only 10.000$/ peace while the big company at the cost $300.000.

Drone tech is cool and all but the reality is that this is just another MIC money laundering scheme for the Proof-of-Weapons Network that Julian Assange routinely warned the populous about.
