how so what's the idea behind this
Basically, your attention span adjusts really quickly, for example, if you stay away from technology for a week or two, your brain doesn't need to work at such hyperspeed and, try to process things in 6-7 seconds. Also, you're dopamine levels normalize over time as well.

For me not using any other socials is good already. My problem is not #nostr but phone in general. Days without phone are good. Also a cutoff at certain time, i.e. 10pm would be a good idea.
Did you hear about a study that said that making your phone screen black and white makes you stick to it less.

Yeah, my friend applies it a lot himself. Doesn't really make much of a difference for me, as it's more of a mindset thing personally.
Yeah pretty much, It's really hard for me to moderate activities. I either go 0 or 100, tough to really to put in a 50% effort for me. Also been the same for me with Nostr.
