I have found a change in latitude very beneficial after 50 years of allergies and mold issues. Believe it our not, I'm in El Salvador 🇸🇻 and hardly carry a handkerchief anymore.
what test provides this info?
Yeah I live in a similar latttitude, I am moving close to the equator. More sunlight hours less damp homes

What’s your plan to help this issue? And is the south worse for mold because of the humidity?
Haven't thought much about it, but off the top my head:
1. Test for mold at home (rooms, dust, HVAC). Already have a whole home dehumidifier.
2. Support supplements for liver, gallbladder/bile flow, motility, bowel movements.
3. Chelators depending on mycotoxin species (in this case looks like clay, humic acid, raw carrots, pickled okra, well cooked mushrooms).
4. Anti-fungals (BSO, lactoferrin, sulfur, etc) and potentially IV fluconazole or the like if I have a colony in my brain/glymph (likely based on symptoms).
5. Sauna and sun tanning with antioxidant support, esp taurine, glycine, NAC, glutathione, and infection fighting minerals zinc + copper + selenium.
6. Advance therapies for filtering blood, replacing plasma, and probably peptides if the above plateaus and doesn't produce a recovery.
Also need to dig deeper into heavy metals and secondary bacterial/viral/parasitical infections (these things travel in pairs).
Will probably use the following to fish for secondary infections:
