There is something incredibly satisfying about cooking and eating the beef that you’ve seen grazing on healthy grass pastures only a week ago and then been a part of the whole process, including skinning, gutting, butchering and mincing.

I’m so excited to eat this later this evening.

OMG! That is the BEST mince I’ve had in a VERY long time! I’ve just cooked up 1kg of it and it’s going to have a hard time making it last until dinner time 🤣
