I do not recommend going to counseling with a narcissist ever if you can avoid it. It doesn't ever go well and usually causes more harm to you and the relationship. If the counselor figures out they're a narcissist, they won't go back and may retaliate against you. If they don't, the narcissist will use the counselor against you to abuse and manipulate you. Definitely get help and support, but don't go with them if you can avoid it.

Healing from narcissistic abuse is inevitable when you have the right tools and support. Personal empowerment is the way. This is what I do. I coach and teach you how to take your life back and build the life you want. To never be beholden to anyone again including our own thoughts.
