I ran Employee Training for many years. I personally taught over 9,000 people. My office was across the hall from the women's restroom.

Over the years I noticed that the women who purchased junk food for lunch (Subway, Burger King, McDonalds) created WAY MORE horrible noises and stenches in the restroom than the ones who brought food from home.

Anyone who wants to lose weight can easily do so simply by abstaining from corn syrup/ "diet" beverages and wheat.
