Ah, I should have added the PUFA trade-off when I mentioned sunflower seeds and avocado pits as alternatives. It’s good to know what a gold standard might look like, but I added those alternatives to give my local suppliers some leeway to keep their costs low.
I just talked to my egg supplier today and she said that supposedly the pumpkin seeds also double as a natural dewormer, so that may be something to consider as well.

Black soldier fly larvae (BSFL) are going to be better than both crickets and mealworms and should be less expensive if buying, or more efficient to raise if farming them.
