I would immediately close my account. Somehow, other banks are able to survive without charging people money to withdraw their own cash.

A $3 withdrawal fee is wild! I know OZ went more toward direct bank transfer/credit/debit and less on cash transactions, but that's really pushing it. Gotta get everyone on a digital record I guess.
