You can't (legally) drink what you brew until you're 21 in the US. That's... Daft.
I agree. To me, becoming a “brew master” seems like a perfectly reasonable thing to intern at or be an apprentice of. I don’t see why this needs to be a Masters program. Probably learn less than being an apprentice anyways.
