The older version has warning at the top this when you open it, which is helpful, but is it possible to have the previous versions not even show at all? It’s confusing. Or is there a reason for it? 
I experienced something similar recently while testing YakiHonne and spoke with someone from their team. As with most things #Nostr I think it’s going to come down to how clients handle the events.
I think the best thing to do now is quadruple check everything because it’s also unclear what happens to interactions linked to the past events. 😄
