How many show for you on amethyst? Iโ€™m on iOS and I just see the two most recent.

this is what I see๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Oh noooooo ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜ณ

So sorry ๐Ÿ˜‚

npnp it's a UI issue imo๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

This happens in many clients. Coracle is also like that.

But I am curious. Why are you quote posting the past all the time?

It doesn't look like a good experience even if the client only shows the next 2. Do people keep clicking to open the quoted post.. like 34 times? That doesn't sound good.

Honestly - Iโ€™m tracking something for myself and want it to be easy to look back at for consistency and it be public so thereโ€™s some sense of pressured accountability.

No one has asked what Iโ€™m doing yet so I havenโ€™t really felt it necessary to explain it or find a better/different way.

So, may not be good. But it is a good edge case for the oddball in the back. Iโ€™ve found it helpful - though if Iโ€™m wrecking experiences, Iโ€™m open to different ways of doing it.

Very interesting. Maybe we need to develop a better personal note app for you :)

Throwing out an idea because I think this is a common pattern where individuals want to aggregate multiple notes:

Instead of quoted notes use linked notes. Render a "header note" in the main feed, and render the linked notes when the header note is clicked on.

Taking some inspiration from nip51-lists

This would be interesting.

Curious about on other's thoughts regarding its practicality and efficacy considering the frequency of the usage pattern

Ha. Thatโ€™d be fun.

I think tbh I just need to kill how Iโ€™ve been handling these for everyone sake.
