this specifically shows that researchers have found evidence that the galaxy has a massive magnetic field spiral that passes across us every - i think it's about 12800 years, the basis of the ancient hindu concept of Yugas.
the main upshot of all this is that you need to start thinking about two things:
- how to live without electricity
- where to be so you don't get washed away by the next edition of the Flood

And soon I hope to buy a small plot with old house/ruin. Just as high, good soil, water from the mountain, full daily sunshine and sunset view over the ocean...
oh, i love those ruins... i'd want to make it usable though, i mean, clean out the really broken things, pluck the weeds and deep rooted things growing into the brickwork, maybe replace a rotted out floor so it can be a work space
i'm hoping to stack enough over the next year to go further up the mountain... idk where... probably out towards the west, out past porto moniz or idk where
most important thing for me is gonna be having goats and chickens tho... and my own vegie patch and seed stack to grow all the things, and a good supply of tools and parts to keep it running even if supplies are unavailable for several years... ah so much to do...
My own veggies, fruit are in the planning, so are the chicken. The neighbor has the sheep. Maybe I will ask him to host my horses. huge clean water and mountain water tanks under the house with pumps and filters for back-up.
