Hell ya. I have bad/traumatic injuries to my lower half and I put (13 screws, breaks, tears, cadaver ligaments) and I still manage to hit gym/jitsu and walk at least 3 miles a day. No excuses, just actions π oh, and a lot of good weed too βοΈπ₯π²
