Driving schools.. In brazil, every teen is required to go through 24 hours of training with a professional teacher in driving on an adapted car that allows the teacher to take control at any moment.

We had these Driver's Ed cars when I was in school, but we don't have that anymore in my area sadly. Budget cuts and whatnot.

Same in Germany, although the hours vary based on the student's skill.

Which is insanely expensive and unnecessary.

Most places still offer drivers Ed. It generally provides for lower insurance rates. In some places it also allows earlier driving privileges for those that take it
