Let's say you wake up one day and set a goal for yourself to run a marathon.

Would you question the fact that you must first become accustomed to running 1 mile in order to run 20 miles?

The same principle applies to sun exposure ☀️

If you have lived a lifestyle with minimal sun exposure, filled with blue light toxins throughout your life,

You cannot just go and sit in the midday sun ☀️

The big ball of gas, the sun ☀️ up there, absolutely despises such individuals.

You have to slowly increase your tolerance to the high-energy UV rays by first exposing yourself to the IR rays.

Once you have prepared your skin with the IR over a period of time, you will automatically stop burning, even in the peak UV index.

The key is to start slow and be persistent.

IR before UV, Everyday!
