Replying to nobody

I orange pilled my first small local supplier of farm fresh eggs and raw milk today. They know ranchers in the area too.

I gave them a link to the educational Bitcoin website I built last summer and suggested a few basic wallets for managing smaller amounts for day to day trade on their phones. We briefly discussed exchanges, signing devices and cold storage for larger amounts.

They will likely trade goods for some tutoring sessions on self custody and security once they realize the possibilities. I’m so stoked!

Wow!! You found a raw milk supplier in Canada?! Lucky you!! I hope I’ll find a local supplier one day soon.

Yeah I didn’t realize how fortunate we were when I was a kid to have 5 different uncles that were dairy producers. I think I was in my teens before I ever had pasteurized and homogenized or partly skimmed. All of our milk went straight from the cow, through 2 inline filters and into an 800 gallon cooler to be dispensed for immediate use or picked up by the tanker truck.

Beyond fortunate!! That’s so cool! I’m looking forward to tasting my first drop of raw milk. It must taste delicious!

You can see the cream, and you must shake it up before drinking, or the cream goes first and the rest is like 2% milk (not bad, just not as rich).
