Almost a year ago, I proposed a Nostr NIP to create a large liquidity pool for Bitcoin P2P orders on Nostr.

The idea is to have a standard (or an attempt at one) that, as more platforms implement it, allows end users to have a single place to search for the order that best suits them and, from there, navigate to the platform where the chosen order is located.

I believe the more P2P orders published here, the greater the benefit for users and the platforms themselves, as end users are directed to the option that best fits their needs.

But if you're talking about logging in with your private key on p2p.band to create an order and just wait for someone to message you and carry out the exchange without escrow or any guarantee of fulfillment, I think that's a bad idea

Just use p2p.band to view orders and then go to the source where the offer you want is
