Well, if you take it at face value, it could mean he intends to introduce Doge as a component of Twitter, like bitcoin works with Nostr.
Fronting as a DOGE believer in advance of court proceedings against him for public manipulation of an unregistered security.
But does being a "believer" make any difference?
Establishes his intent is to support a project “he believes in” rather than the truth, which is he is manipulating sheeple to invest in a meme coin for his personal benefit.
Surprising to see it enforced, but shilling unregistered securities for the purpose of personal enrichment is against US securities law. As a director of a publicly traded company, he is held to a higher standard.
Maybe a little pump and dump play for his inner circle of vcs.
I've been wondering, since day one, if his end goal is to run Twitter into the ground. I would rejoice if that dumpster fire of a website went away. 🔥🔥🔥
