Bob Mintzer is one of my favorite sax players in the fusion / middle jazz space.
When I was in Vegas I got to play with Paul Taylor (of The Rippingtons) and toured in Japan with another of their sax players Eric Marienthal.
But yea…The Yellowjackets are a great group.
They frequently pop up on my for you Spotify feed.

I played sax, specifically Baritone sax. Retired from playing about 20 years ago when I moved to Florida…not the same music scene here as in Vegas LOL
