my mate died last week, his funeral was today.

I saw a lot of people from high school days.

I haven't been using social media since 2017, and waning off twitter in 2022.

In many ways, i feel shitty not knowing what's going on in people's lives - but equally I think about Nostr and the freedoms it's brought and I never want to go back to centralised systems, even if that keeps me out of the loop.
