Another example of FOSS winning and ultimately going to become the end game...

Breezy Weather, my chosen weather app, with it's latest updates this summer is now significantly better than non-FOSS apps that I've used in the past. I know it's "just" a weather app, but uh weather is kinda important in my life.

FOSS devs are the best devs.

I avoid the play store like the plague. Probably 75% of my app updates come straight from the devs on GitHub or elsewhere via Obtainium.

It's not FOSS though, but it's also not a big tech company. They encourage user based ownership.
