Preserving capital in my sense is preserving and stacking #bitcoin at the end the game won't change it just gets more accurate. But overall your right but we trying to decentralize the capitol to be evenly disturbed but one planned that people would be this dumb.
Yes, there is a conflict between perserving and changing. That conflict is violent, but unavoidable.
