I really think I caught something from the youngest. Sleep and nutrition are always on point. Doesn’t matter in the end, it’s just a few days

Respect, my sleep and nutrition is solid but could be better. Can only imagine the kid aspect, none of my own yet haha. And yeah, the consistency will carry you through, no reason to sweat it
