I feel your pain, you will have the odd week where strength and energy are down. Illnesses and low/ poor quality sleep where the kids keep you up of a night and then up at the crack of dawn... 😬
Keep pushing you will bounce back stronger.

Respect, my sleep and nutrition is solid but could be better. Can only imagine the kid aspect, none of my own yet haha. And yeah, the consistency will carry you through, no reason to sweat it
