When getting attacked by an ostrich all you need to do is stand your ground, raise your one arm, grab it by the neck with the other arm when it gets close and pull down and then you are in charge. Easy as that, they are more vulnerable than they appear. Whatever you do, do not run, you'll get your ass kicked if you do.
