Sure, good point. I don’t know him at all and nothing against him personally- was speaking more generally though. You see it again and again, they show up, post some ‘based’ notes just to collect zaps but never actually participate in nostr, respond to anyone, or make any effort become part of the community. It’s just low hanging fruit and one other way to earn from producing social media ‘content’.
I’d rather see true #V4V artists getting $1000 in zaps than just another influencer, no matter who it is.
At some point it's going to be different than it has been in the past (agreeing that yes, that happens). I think the environment we're in now could provide the catalyst to make this time different, but we won't know until after the fact 🤷
