Maybe you can fix the issues rather than downgrading?
Erase the cache and all app data (🔑 BACKUP YOUR NSEC(S) FIRST) and start fresh with your existing nsec.

Just reply if this dosn't aolve your issue. It's the same as uninstalling the app completely and reinstalling. Whatever is easier for you to perform.
