I listened to most of the podcast you recommended. I find myself nodding along to a slew of things, but was curious what actionable things I should take away are. I just vaguely have the idea that light is more important for my health than I appreciated, but now what?

Go outside more often. Most of all of these health things are simply we have adopted an artificial lifestyle.

The correction is to do natural shit.

Start with never missing a sunrise outside or with a window open the rest of your life, if possible. Cloudy or not. (Without glasses πŸ‘“ or contacts and with maximum skin exposed as comfortable). Bare feet touching Earth for bonus points and effectiveness.

Pair that with dimming your environments as dark as functional (and safe) after sunset and before sunrise. Consider amber or red tinted glasses if it’s tough to control bright LED lighting at night.
