Nostr has been unusable for me today on desktop, with the exception of NostrGram. I need to cleanup relays and get them down to a solid 12. I will be removing more today. Thus far, I have removed nostr.bitcoiner.social, nostr-verified.wellorder.net, and nostr-pub.wellorder.net. If you can still see this, good! I am going to be removing nostr.drss.io and nostr.zebedee.cloud next. If you want to continue to see my posts make sure we have a shared relay. I recently added nostr.milou.lol and eden.nostr.land. Both of these are paid relays.

I noticed some relays have 100% packet loss and/or high latency. a small tweak I did is to set relays that have low latency from my location. it's a small optimization that could help.
Would be very cool if relay network stats were displayed next to it.
