PIR Coffee 2023 did not please me either. A lot of high value-added products (drips, merch, etc.), paid lectures where the same people tell essentially nothing.... But in general my expectations were low, because in fact it is just a demonstration that the #coffee industry in Russia has survived and is changing in the face of restrictions.

But if you compare PIR and SCAJ 2023, you would think that the restrictions affected everyone 😅
