Yeah, it's a family history of clotty blood. Grandma---Aunt, uncle and mom and brother. Jabs are prob not helping.

Thankfully the nurse that gave my mom the 2nd shot (required for hospital workers) asked her "it sounds like you don't want this" and my mom said "no". She said It felt like the nurse just smacked the side of her arm with a pen and told her she was jabbed.

Varicose veins in legs are mainly from sitting i assume. Some people just have this. I walk like miles a day and in like standing desk to work so I'm not really sure what more to do. Maybe some sort of targeted leg exercises?

yeah, probably hot baths helps too, also cutting back/out on caffeine and nicotine because both constrict the finer blood vessels which contributes to embolisms

Didn't consider caffeine. Interesting hmmm. Sounds like Swimming in the ocean would also be good
