I usually spray the undersides of my tomotoes’ leaves with a very dilute solution of plain liquid dish soap. It kills aphids. But those holes look like that created by a caterpillar. I find I am also routinely having to prune all branches so no leaves are ever in direct contact with the ground, and remove up to a third of the non-contributing interior vegetation to encourage air movement and access for soap applications and dilute foliar feeding.

Very nice lettuce there Ghost. Forgot to mention the pedals of the cosmos can make water colour dye. A nice colour eh?

Those squiggly lines looks like bore worms. I find diatomaceous earth helps a lot with overall bug control on veggie plants
