This Christmas I made homemade banana pudding from scratch.
It blows “Jello pudding” out of the water!

I don’t like banana pudding by my family does so I made it for them and even I liked it!
Before Thanksgiving here in the States I started making GAPS “pancakes” but in a mini loaf form.
Same thing, new family favorite and its healthy and high protein without adding protein powder. Which means my wife can eat it
