Nostr's censorship-resistance is performative theater. It's not built for everyone - it's a filter to attract a specific type of person. The technical decentralization is just the excuse, the Schelling point that signals "we're not like them". But if you're only serving a few thousand people who think alike, you don't need any of that infrastructure. A private forum would work fine. You only need censorship resistance when you have actual ideological diversity. When everyone already agrees with you, 'freedom of speech' is just branding for tribalism.
