El Salvador's experiment with Bitcoin as the actual currency failed and was rescinded. It's a huge blow to the project and might stop others from pursuing this angle

You won't be saying that years down-the-line. It doesn't take 3 years to get a whole nation To understand Bitcoin, it takes way more than that.
Bitcoin is 16-year old this year. That's plenty to find an actual use apart from financial speculation
So why isn't USA accepting Bitcoin? At merchants and everybody, it's been 16 years.
As long as its value is described in fiat money i don't need to know more
Look im with you im a maxi i live for this shit but people were born just knowing paper is money even though its not. But since birth all humans were programed to believe paper was money. Now take a 48 year old thats made their money with the fiat system they not gonna care about bitcoin. We need the youth to adopt bitcoin and forget about orange pilling 60 year olds
Thats just my opinion but what do i know hahahaha
Did you forget about all the young kids that are learning Bitcoin? Wait until that generation grows, then let's talk.
It's a deal! If there is Nostr 25 years from now then we can talk about it
Haha yeah, if those kids have the Bitcoin Beach lightning cards. They know how to get candy. And who to ask to refill their cards--gringos with Bitcoin.
I'm going to get my nieces and nephews these cards with some lightning Bitcoin on them. It will be like the $1000 bond certificate I was given as a kid. I saved it in my bank box and showed it to friends. It took 10 years to mature.
They won't be able to use these cards (unless they are in El Salvador or find a bitcoiner who wants to trade lightning for cash) so it's as good as a savings bond.
